Vincenzo D’Andraia, our Chief Financial Officer, oversees the company’s budget, salary structures, and operating expenses. He drives financial strategy and policy while delivering clear, actionable reports on performance. Vincenzo also leads the accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll teams, contributing significantly to both our business plans and executive presentations. When he’s not at work, he’s drinking matcha and watching Love Island with our department heads.

In his role, he creates contracts, manages conflict resolution, and helps new staff members assimilate smoothly into the company culture. He also plays a key role in fostering a welcoming environment for all employees. Mohammed’s comprehensive skill set, and proactive approach ensure that human resources operations at On the Roll run smoothly and effectively. Outside of work he watches Love Island and drinks matcha at the weekly event hosted by the CEO.

As Chief Sales Officer of On the Roll, Giavanna Quagliata provides leadership that drives growth, strengthens customer relationships, and expands the company’s presence. She overlooks the development sales strategies that match the organization’s vision, ensuring that the sales team is motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to deliver results. With the ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities, she balances decision-making with strong interpersonal skills that inspire trust among customers. She loves drinking matcha and watching Love Island with the department heads.
As the figurehead and Chief Executive Officer at On the Roll, Mark de Prado oversees company operations and assists officers in their weekly tasks. Also, setting the company’s vision, and make sure every employee stays on task to meet deadlines efficiently. He is often described as work oriented, persevering and a natural born leader. He keeps strong relationships with his fellow officers and often hosts love island watch parties on Saturday nights where he provides his homemade matcha that is the same recipe as used at On the Roll to keep a high team morale and chemistry within the company.
